Take I-64 East to Hampton
Exit I-64 @ Exit 261-B (Hampton Roads Center Parkway East - NASA)
Take Rt. 134 (Magruder Blvd) exit, then curve left to North 134 at stoplight
At 2nd light, turn right onto Floyd Thompson Drive (into Langley Research Park)
Turn left at dead end onto Research Drive
