We are pleased you have selected our KPSI™ Transducers and we are confident that you’ve chosen the finest instrument in its class. Although these devices are generally trouble-free, if it becomes necessary to return the product to us for service, it must be cleaned and certified per the instructions on the back of this document.

Due to the potentially hazardous in-service conditions of these products, cleaning is mandatory so we can insure the safety of our service technicians. If cleaning is not performed and/or the certificate of compliance not returned with the product, we reserve the right to withhold service until appropriate cleaning, decontamination and certification have been completed. We will contact the sender for instructions regarding disposition of the equipment. Any costs for disposition will be borne by the sender.

For assistance or additional information, please call Customer Service at 800-328-3665. Click here for the pdf file containing the cleaning instructions and cleaning certificate. Thank you for your consideration.
